This particular one has been made for my friend to represent her 3 children. 
Made from sterling silver... each heart is  12mm square,hanging on a 16 or 18 inch diamond cut curb chain.
The letters and numerals have then be oxidised to bring them to life.
A wonderful gift for anyone at anytime to celebrate anything.
